Company Introduction:

McBee Associates, Inc, is a leading national health care financial and management consulting firm. Due to a rapid increase in demand for our services, we are seeking an experienced Manager of Information Services to join our company's Information Services department located in the Wayne, PA corporate office.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Information Services and Technology, you will manage and work with other members of the I/S team in the development, implementation, and maintenance of computer-based information systems that support both our consulting organization and clients.

Lead the analysis of user's needs and design/maintain systems based on defined requests and information from the user gained through interviews and participation in the project management process. Prepare screen layouts, reports, program logic, test programs and systems using test data as well as system test, debug and document programs. Prepare status reports for internal as well as external use.

Write program code, correct system production problems, test and debug programs and systems through analysis, recommendation and implementation. Conversion of client data into workable formats.

Some travel is required to our other regional offices. Traveling will consist of one/two times a month and no overnights.

Qualifications:

Previous supervisory or management experience in an I/S environment; Must have a professional attitude and strong organizational/communications skills.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience with Microsoft ASP.NET (VB), SQL Server 2000, VB6, Crystal Reports and Access 2003; Comprehensive knowledge, understanding and application of system analysis and design methodology, development technologies and techniques such as Object Oriented (OO) Programming; Database and application programming, and analytical problem solving skills required. Expert in designing and implementing high quality systems in reactive environment. XML and SQL Server 2005 knowledge is a plus.
