Kathy E., Principal

Kathy came to McBee Associates with a tremendous amount of financial management experience in the health care industry. She quickly recognized that McBee Associates represented an exciting opportunity for her to grow her career and work in an environment where her contribution could influence the direction of the firm.

As a manager, Kathy quickly focused her natural leadership abilities on helping grow and expand the firm's market in Virginia with great success. Through her hard work and achievement, she was promoted to regional manager of the Richmond, VA practice. As the office continued to grow, so did her role.

Kathy is now a principal in the firm and is an integral part of the executive leadership team. Throughout her career with McBee Associates, Kathy has experienced firsthand the power of mentoring. With the support, encouragement, and recognition of the other partners she has been able to take her career to a new level.
