When Mike joined McBee Associates as a staff consultant in 1995, he was an ambitious young man with a strong desire for professional growth. He was drawn to McBee Associates precisely because it represented unlimited opportunity and the chance to experience what it was like to work in a broad range of environments.

Mike learned early on that charting his professional course was as simple as taking advantage of every opportunity put before him. He applied himself to every job with a strong work ethic and the determination to get the most out of every experience. Then, in 2000, he was faced with one of the most important challenges of his career-bring a struggling home health system back from the brink of financial ruin. Mike immediately recognized this was his moment.

Drawing on the knowledge and expertise he had gained over the course of his career, he knew he was more than prepared to handle the situation. More than that, Mike had the added assurance that the collective resources of the entire firm were behind him.
