Stacy P., Senior Manager

In the early stages of her career, Stacy knew exactly what she wanted in a job-interesting work, exciting opportunities, and inspiring coworkers. As a staff consultant with McBee Associates, she got all that and more. The opportunity to travel across the country and work with a diverse client base on a wide range of projects allowed her to gain knowledge and experience unavailable in other firms.

Encouraged and supported by her coworkers and supervisors, Stacy quickly progressed from staff consultant to manager. By giving her the opportunity to travel, meet with key clients, and participate in important meetings, she was able to grow as a professional and develop her natural leadership skills.

Now, as a manager in one of our thriving practices, Stacy continues to face new challenges and embrace opportunities for growth, while being given the chance to provide her own mentoring to up-and-coming staff consultants who have the makings of future leaders.
